- Conduct thorough analysis of our current cybersecurity systems and processes to identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate cyber risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any gaps in security and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to continuously improve our systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of our cybersecurity measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber risk and compliance, providing guidance and recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure all requirements are met and any potential issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies to promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
- Monitor and respond to any security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing remediation plans as needed.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of our cybersecurity efforts, including any identified risks and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure their compliance with our cybersecurity standards and requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our cyber risk and compliance program to adapt to changing technologies and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Or Compliance Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Nist, Pci-Dss, And Gdpr.
Experience With Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Policies And Procedures, And Implementing Security Controls.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
