  1. Develop and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for Cox Business.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to continually improve the functionality and performance of our conversational AI technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in conversational AI technology.
  5. Write and maintain code in various programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  6. Test and troubleshoot chatbots and virtual assistants to ensure they are functioning correctly and meeting user requirements.
  7. Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  8. Work closely with UX designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing conversational interfaces.
  9. Communicate and present technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Stay organized and meet project deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the conversational AI experience for Cox Business customers.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our conversational AI technology remains innovative and competitive.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all conversational AI projects.
  14. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  15. Adhere to company coding standards and practices to ensure efficient and maintainable code.

  • Strong Programming Skills: A Conversational Ai Developer At Cox Business Must Possess A Strong Foundation In Coding And Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.

  • Expertise In Natural Language Processing (Nlp): Nlp Is A Crucial Component Of Conversational Ai, And A Developer Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Nlp Techniques And Tools To Create Effective And Natural Conversations.
