  4. Act as the main point of contact for top clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance client performance strategies.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing clients.
  11. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and retention through innovation and process improvements.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team success and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Sales Or Account Management Capacity.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Goals And Targets.

  • Experience In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry, With A Solid Understanding Of Products And Services Offered By Cox Business.
