  1. Perform routine custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and address any maintenance or custodial needs.
  3. Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, and communicate any needs to the appropriate department.
  4. Address and resolve any urgent custodial or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure all areas of the building are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to company standards.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to business operations.
  7. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and waste.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with employees, clients, and visitors.
  9. Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events or meetings.
  10. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and cleaning activities.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process or procedure updates.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Be available to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Building Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance Or A Related Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Tasks Such As Cleaning, Repairs, And Basic Equipment Maintenance.
