1. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for all areas of the office building, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
2. Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
3. Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department or manager.
4. Restock and maintain supplies in restrooms and common areas, such as paper products, cleaning supplies, and refreshments.
5. Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
6. Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
7. Assist with setting up and breaking down conference rooms and other event spaces as needed.
8. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs, to ensure the building is in good working condition.
9. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure all areas of the building are properly maintained.
10. Maintain accurate records of cleaning and maintenance tasks completed, as well as any issues or concerns that arise.
11. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
12. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline cleaning and maintenance processes.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all safety and health regulations.
14. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for building maintenance and safety.
