- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete larger projects and tasks.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for building maintenance and custodial work.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes and procedures.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Usually Required For This Position. This Shows The Candidate Has Basic Academic Knowledge And Is Able To Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In Building Maintenance: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance Or Custodial Work. This Will Give Them A Basic Understanding Of The Tasks And Responsibilities Involved In The Role.
Knowledge Of Cleaning And Maintenance Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Proper Cleaning And Maintenance Procedures For Various Surfaces And Equipment. This Includes Understanding How To Use Cleaning Products Safely And Effectively.
