  1. Provide exceptional customer service to auction clients, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and concerns.
  2. Assist clients with auction registration, bidding, and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Coordinate and schedule auction events, including site visits, inspections, and pickup or delivery of auction items.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of auction items, bids, and sales transactions.
  5. Collaborate with auction team members to ensure smooth and successful execution of auctions.
  6. Communicate auction policies and procedures to clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  7. Conduct research and gather information on auction items, providing accurate descriptions and valuations.
  8. Assist with marketing and promotion of auction events, utilizing various channels such as social media and email campaigns.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to auction transactions.
  10. Provide post-auction support to clients, including coordinating payments and facilitating item pickup or delivery.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the auction experience for clients, identifying and implementing process improvements.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all auction-related information.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and incorporate best practices into daily tasks.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of auction processes.
