  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Create and implement effective advertising strategies for clients, utilizing a deep understanding of our products and services.
  3. Drive revenue growth for the business by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate advertising solutions.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  8. Utilize sales tools and systems to track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  9. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve sales and increase revenue.
  10. Represent Cox Business in a professional and positive manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, promoting our products and services and building brand awareness in the market.
  12. Provide feedback and insights to leadership on market trends, client needs, and potential opportunities for growth.
