Payments Processor

If you have an eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy of payments, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of experience in a payments, billing, or accounting environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)• Ability to work independently and within a team• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

2. Manage a high-volume of payments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
3. Research and reconcile discrepancies in payment transactions.
4. Maintain accurate and organized records of payment transactions.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding payment issues.
7. Update and maintain patient and insurance information in the database.
8. Liaise with other departments to resolve payment issues.
9. Prepare and submit reports on payment activity.
10. Provide assistance and support to other team members as needed.
