Covenant Health Care is currently looking for a passionate and experienced OB RN - Labor & Delivery to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. We are seeking an individual who is committed to the highest standards of patient care and embraces the values of respect, integrity, and excellence.The ideal candidate must have an RN license in the state of Michigan and a minimum of one year of experience as an OB RN. This position also requires a current BLS certification. Knowledge of the Electronic Medical Record system is preferred. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and collaborative care to expecting mothers, their families and newborns.
Monitor the labor and delivery process and provide appropriate care and treatments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Educate patients and families on labor and delivery process and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Document patient care and progress in the Electronic Medical Record system.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action.
Follow safety procedures and infection control protocols.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning processes.
