Neuro Trauma - Nursing Care Assistant

Covenant Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Care Assistant to join our Neuro Trauma team. The successful candidate will have an important role in providing quality care to patients with neurological injuries, as well as providing emotional and physical support to their families and other caregivers. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to patient-centered care. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Nursing Care Assistant will also assist in the development and coordination of care plans, promote patient safety, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes.The ideal candidate must possess a valid Nursing Care Assistant certification, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital setting. A current license to practice in the state of Michigan is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of medical terminology, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.At Covenant Health Care, we are passionate about providing excellent care to our patients and their families.
