The successful candidate must have at least one years’ experience in a food service setting. They must also be able to handle cash, understand basic nutrition principles, and have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. The Food Service Worker must also possess a valid driver’s license and must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.
