Job Description

Covenant Health Care is looking for a skilled and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team. We’re seeking an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and remain organized, and the capacity to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. If you’re a customer service professional with a passion to help others, this is the role for you.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. They will also possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, an aptitude for learning, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills in order to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  3. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty.
  5. Remain organized and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
  6. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on how to improve overall customer service.
  7. Remain current on all product and service offerings.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
