
Call Center Specialist
Covenant Health Care is looking for a skilled and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team. We’re seeking an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and remain organized, and the capacity to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. If you’re a customer service professional with a passion to help others, this is the role for you.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. They will also possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, an aptitude for learning, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills in order to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure customer loyalty.
- Remain organized and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management on how to improve overall customer service.
- Remain current on all product and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
