  1. Lead and mentor a team of support services professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and support is provided to clients.
  2. Create and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support services team.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication in providing support to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the support services provided.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics to management.
  8. Handle escalated client issues and provide timely and effective resolution.
  9. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks among team members to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration amongst team members.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall support services experience for clients.
  15. Act as a role model for the team by exemplifying professionalism, excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic.
