- Oversee and manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve support services processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze support services metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Train and mentor support staff to ensure high quality service delivery and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address any support service issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with support services.
- Create and maintain support services budgets and manage expenses within budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to support services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in support services, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Handle any escalated support service issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to support staff.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted support services in case of any disruptions or emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment within the support services team.
- Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and onboard new support staff.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Support Services Operations, Including Budget Management And Process Improvement.
Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).
