In this role, you will oversee a team of support staff and ensure the smooth operation of all support services within our organization.   1. Oversee and manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve support services processes and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze support services metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  4. Train and mentor support staff to ensure high quality service delivery and professional development.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address any support service issues or concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with support services.
  7. Create and maintain support services budgets and manage expenses within budgetary guidelines.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to support services.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in support services, and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Handle any escalated support service issues and provide timely resolution.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to support staff.
  12. Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted support services in case of any disruptions or emergencies.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional work environment within the support services team.
  14. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and onboard new support staff.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and enhance the overall client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Support Services Operations, Including Budget Management And Process Improvement.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).
