- Perform serological testing and analysis according to established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all testing, documentation, and data entry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
- Maintain quality control and assurance standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet project deadlines.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients and colleagues.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in serological testing methods.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods.
- Maintain and organize laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all testing and results.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior staff members.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In Serology Or Immunology.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Quality Control Procedures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Laboratory Equipment, Such As Elisa And Western Blotting Systems.
