  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to better understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients.
  4. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
  5. Act as a mentor to junior service representatives, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better understand our clients' needs and provide relevant solutions.
  7. Handle and resolve complex and escalated client inquiries and issues.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential business opportunities and assist in promoting our services to new and existing clients.
  10. Monitor and ensure service level agreements are met, including response times and service quality.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to customer service.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Other Relevant Technology Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Customer Issues And Inquiries In A Timely And Professional Manner.
