Job Description

Covance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Website Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving growth through innovative digital strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in website product management and a passion for creating impactful online experiences.   1. Oversee the development and management of the company's website, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience and aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the website, including identifying and prioritizing features and functionality to drive growth and enhance user experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to ensure the website is consistently updated and optimized.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website development and digital marketing to continuously enhance the website's effectiveness.
  6. Manage a team of website developers and designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  7. Lead the execution of digital strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  8. Monitor and report on key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, to measure the success of the website and make recommendations for improvement.
