- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure swift and effective response to security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure proper handling and resolution of security incidents.
- Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and proactively identify potential risks to the company.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with established security protocols.

Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Threats And Vulnerabilities: A Security Incident Responder At Covance Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Current And Emerging Cyber Threats, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Vulnerabilities In The Company’s Systems And Networks.
Experience With Incident Response Tools And Technologies: Candidates For This Role Should Have Hands-On Experience With Various Incident Response Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem (Security Information And Event Management), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Forensic Investigation Tools.
