- Utilize expertise in phlebotomy to drive efficiency and accuracy in sample collection and processing.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other regional managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in phlebotomy techniques, implementing new practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and budget constraints.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Medical Technology Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Phlebotomy, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician (Pbt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Procedures, Laboratory Testing, And Compliance Regulations.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
