11. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into hiring, onboarding, and employee development processes.
12. Champion sustainability initiatives and support the company's commitment to environmental stewardship.
13. Mentor and develop site EHS teams, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
