Completion Of A Phlebotomy Certification Program: The Successful Candidate Should Have Completed A Formal Phlebotomy Certification Program From An Accredited Institution.
Hands-On Experience: A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Hands-On Experience In A Clinical Setting Is Required. This Could Include Internships, Externships, Or Previous Employment.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Be Able To Accurately Identify And Label Various Blood Samples.
