  1. Perform phlebotomy procedures on research study participants, ensuring accurate and timely collection of blood samples.
  2. Follow established protocols and safety procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of collected samples.
  3. Handle and process collected samples according to study protocols and standard operating procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of sample collection, labeling, and storage.
  5. Communicate effectively with study participants to provide clear instructions and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the research team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet regulatory and safety standards.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in the collection and handling of human specimens.
  9. Continuously monitor and report any adverse events or deviations from study protocols.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.
  11. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols for phlebotomy.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of compassion, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with study participants.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  15. Participate in team meetings, presentations, and other company initiatives as required.

  • Certified Phlebotomist: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification From An Accredited Phlebotomy Program Or Organization.
