Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Completion Of A Phlebotomy Training Program Or Certification From An Accredited Institution.
At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Setting.
Proficiency In Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Other Blood Collection Techniques.
Knowledge Of Safety And Infection Control Protocols Related To Blood Collection.
