  1. Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accurate labeling and transport of blood samples to laboratory for testing.
  3. Follow all established protocols and procedures to maintain sample integrity.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients to provide education and alleviate any concerns.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain infection control standards.
  7. Document all activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients and coworkers.
  11. Handle difficult situations and patient reactions in a calm and empathetic manner.
  12. Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  13. Keep up-to-date with all necessary certifications and licenses required for the role.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of services.
