  1. Perform blood draws on patients with precision and efficiency.
  2. Follow established procedures and protocols for blood collection and handling.
  3. Ensure proper identification of patients and accurately label all specimens.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Phlebotomy Techniques And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy, With The Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Maintain A High Level Of Quality Control.

  • Ability To Work Well Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A Flexible Schedule That May Include Weekends And Holidays.
