  1. Perform microbiological testing and analysis of samples according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, results, and observations.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbiological testing.
  4. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute experiments and research studies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current scientific literature and trends in microbiology to continuously improve and enhance testing methods.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  7. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates on project progress and results.
  9. Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in experimental data.
  10. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train new team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy in all work performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology Or Related Field

  • Previous Experience In A Microbiology Laboratory Setting
