- Perform microbiological testing and analysis of samples according to established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, results, and observations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbiological testing.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute experiments and research studies.
- Stay up-to-date on current scientific literature and trends in microbiology to continuously improve and enhance testing methods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates on project progress and results.
- Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in experimental data.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
- Mentor and train new team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy in all work performed.
Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology Or Related Field
Previous Experience In A Microbiology Laboratory Setting
