Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment And Computer Systems, Including Experience With Lims (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Identify Solutions.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Glp (Good Laboratory Practices) And Gcp (Good Clinical Practices), And Ability To Maintain Compliance Within The Laboratory Environment.
