  • Maintain and enhance laboratory systems to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
  • Monitor and manage data within laboratory systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve laboratory systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for system updates as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to laboratory systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on laboratory systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for laboratory systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support research projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements to laboratory systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for laboratory systems and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment And Computer Systems, Including Experience With Lims (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Identify Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Glp (Good Laboratory Practices) And Gcp (Good Clinical Practices), And Ability To Maintain Compliance Within The Laboratory Environment.
