  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements for technology solutions.
  3. Implement and support technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with company goals.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of technology solutions to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting any technical issues or concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for technology solutions.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and successful implementation of technology solutions.
  9. Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions within budget and scope.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
  11. Train and educate team members on new technology solutions and updates.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of technology solutions.
  13. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into existing systems.
  14. Adhere to company policies and information security protocols.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on technology solutions, providing guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Product Specialist Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Systems And Software, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Python.

  • Proven Experience In Product Development And Management, Including Conducting Market Research, Defining Product Requirements, And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
