  1. Lead the development and implementation of IT products within the healthcare industry at Covance.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and their potential impact on the healthcare industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and translate them into IT product requirements.
  4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare IT space.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
  6. Create and maintain product roadmaps, including timelines and milestones, to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.
  7. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the potential benefits, risks, and costs of implementing new IT products.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and maintenance of IT products.
  9. Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and effectiveness of IT products.
  10. Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of IT products.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IT products and make recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
  12. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for IT products.
  13. Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members on IT product development processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Product Specialist Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficient In Software Development And Coding Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
