IOP Phlebotomist

1. Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients in an outpatient setting according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with patients and their families.
3. Ensure accurate identification and labeling of all blood samples collected.
4. Maintain proper documentation of all procedures, including patient information and test results.
5. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to phlebotomy and patient care.
