- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth for the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and expand market share.
- Motivate and mentor team members to ensure they are meeting their individual sales targets and continuously improving their performance.
- Identify and target potential clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
