- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing support and guidance on all HR related matters.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
- Manage and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with other HR team members to develop and deliver training and development programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in company-wide HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a champion for company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources, Specifically In A Business Partner Or Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
