- Develop and implement population informatics strategies for health system partners to improve health outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure successful execution of population informatics initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to health system partners on population informatics best practices.
- Monitor and analyze population health data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with health system partners and serve as a key point of contact for all population informatics related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in population informatics to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align population informatics strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to population informatics.
Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution.
Board Certification In A Relevant Medical Specialty (E.g. Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Etc.).
Advanced Training Or Experience In Population Informatics, Such As A Master's Degree In Public Health Or Health Informatics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data Management And Analytics, Including Experience With Electronic Health Records And Population Health Software.
