- Assist in creating and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives on a global scale.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform talent management strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of employee development and training programs.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote talent management initiatives and gather feedback.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Global Talent Management Practices And Strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Proven Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Multi-Cultural Environment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems.
