8. Continuously evaluate and improve global mobility and immigration processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees and stakeholders on global mobility and immigration policies and procedures.
10. Handle complex immigration and mobility cases, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders.
11. Manage budgets and expenses related to global mobility and immigration programs.
12. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to global mobility and immigration, and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all global mobility and immigration systems and records.
14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
15. Represent the company in immigration and mobility-related audits and inspections.
16. Mentor and train junior team members on global mobility and immigration processes and regulations.
