  1. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence activities related to potential acquisitions.
  2. Develop financial models and projections to evaluate potential acquisition targets.
  3. Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities associated with potential acquisitions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and information.
  5. Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.
  7. Monitor and track financial performance of acquired companies post-merger.
  8. Conduct post-mortem analysis to assess the success and impact of completed acquisitions.
  9. Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets.
  10. Assist with negotiation and structuring of acquisition deals.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform acquisition strategies.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation of all acquisition activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Acquisition Activities

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Reporting And Analysis, Including Gaap Principles

  • Experience With Mergers And Acquisitions, Due Diligence, And Financial Modeling

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment
