  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other methods.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop and execute business development plans.
  7. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  8. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  9. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
  10. Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales metrics, market trends, and industry developments.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform business strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  12. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and procedures.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  14. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term business growth plans.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Development Strategies, Resulting In Significant Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
