- Adhere to company policies and regulations, including privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
Bachelor's Degree In Cytotechnology Or Related Field.
Certification As A Cytotechnologist Through Ascp Or Equivalent Organization.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Cytology Laboratory Setting.
Ability To Perform And Interpret A Variety Of Cytology Tests, Including Pap Smears, Fine Needle Aspirations, And Body Fluid Analysis.
Proficiency In Using Laboratory Equipment And Computer Systems, As Well As Strong Organizational And Communication Skills.
