  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth and increase client satisfaction.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement and retention.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities, and use this information to inform business development strategies.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Covance.
  7. Actively monitor and track client interactions and progress in the company's CRM system.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes, and communicate these to relevant teams within the company.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives to promote Covance's services.
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote Covance's brand and services.
  11. Keep abreast of client needs and expectations, and provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies and initiatives.
  13. Prepare and submit reports on client engagement activities and progress to management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Or Sales Roles Within The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
