1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
2. Follow all laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results to healthcare professionals.
4. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues as needed.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
6. Continuously stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and methodologies into laboratory procedures.
7. Adhere to all quality control and quality assurance standards to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
8. Document and maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results.
