Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Cls) From A Recognized Accrediting Organization.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Flow Cytometry Testing In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Quality Control Measures.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Interpret Complex Data.
