- Participate in the development and validation of new laboratory procedures.

- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Communicate test results to healthcare providers and assist with patient consultations.
- Contribute to quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory workspaces.
- Provide training and guidance to new laboratory staff.
- Adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field.
Nationally Recognized Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) By The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Techniques, Including Proficiency In Performing Various Tests And Analyzing Results.
Strong Attention To Detail, Critical Thinking Skills, And Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
