
Clinical Laboratory Technician

- Conduct laboratory tests: Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to sample preparation, sample testing, and data analysis, in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records: Record and document all test results and data accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Assist in research and development: Support the research and development of new medicines and treatments by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to scientific discussions.
- Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling hazardous materials and working with potentially infectious samples to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members, including scientists, technicians, and laboratory managers, to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory operations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment: Regularly calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate test results, progress, and any issues or concerns to relevant team members and managers in a clear and timely manner.
- Uphold quality standards: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant quality standards, including GLP, GCP, and FDA regulations.
- Stay updated with industry developments: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and advancements in laboratory techniques and procedures to continuously improve laboratory processes and results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving laboratory processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) By A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Proficiency In Performing Routine Tests And Maintenance Of Laboratory Equipment.
Excellent Attention To Detail, Analytical Skills, And Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Test Results.
