  1. Lead and manage a team of laboratory professionals to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality laboratory services.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory, including scheduling, training, and performance management of team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative clinical trial solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze laboratory processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to team members and troubleshoot any issues that arise during laboratory operations.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control processes for the clinical laboratory.
  9. Participate in the hiring and training of new team members to ensure a skilled and high-performing laboratory team.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
  11. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in laboratory technology and techniques.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and processes.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all laboratory employees.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to laboratory procedures and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Ascp Or Equivalent Certification As A Medical Technologist.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Experience Managing A Team Of Laboratory Professionals.
