- Develop and maintain the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform to deliver high-quality digital experiences for clients and patients.
- Customize and implement AEM solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Utilize front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to enhance the AEM platform and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan and execute AEM projects, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest AEM trends and advancements and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the AEM platform is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the growing demands of the organization.
- Document all AEM development processes and procedures for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Work closely with UX designers and content creators to ensure AEM templates and components are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Train and support other team members on AEM best practices and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on AEM development projects and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AEM performance to ensure optimal user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Covance-Labcorp positively in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) Solutions.
Proficiency In Java, Html, Css, And Javascript.
Strong Understanding Of Web Development Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment.
