At COS, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing leadership and direction to our staff.We are seeking a passionate individual with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the retail industry, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring goals are met.
  3. Monitor sales performance and take corrective action as needed.
  4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of product displays.
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve the highest standards of customer service.
  7. Ensure store is compliant with all relevant safety and security regulations.
  8. Develop creative strategies to promote store growth and increase sales.
  9. Monitor store staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when needed.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered in the store.
