We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products through our warehouse. This is a physically demanding position that requires excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.   1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products in accordance with company procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet production demands.
  3. Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
  4. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials and products.
  5. Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Load and unload trucks and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
  7. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and report any issues to management.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials and products.
  9. Identify and report any quality or safety issues with materials or equipment.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote workplace efficiency.
  12. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to management.
  15. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Warehouse Logistics Material Handler At Corteva Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Basic Knowledge And Skills Required For The Job.

  • Forklift Certification: Corteva Requires All Warehouse Logistics Material Handlers To Have A Valid Forklift Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Operating Forklifts Safely And Efficiently, Which Is A Critical Skill For This Job.

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Previous Experience In A Warehouse Environment Is Highly Preferred For This Position. Candidates With Experience In Material Handling, Inventory Management, And Order Fulfillment Will Have An Advantage.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Warehouse Logistics Material Handler Requires Physical Strength And Stamina. Candidates Must Be Able To Lift And Move Heavy Objects And Be Comfortable Working In A Physically Demanding Environment.
