Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In The Agricultural Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Retail Partners.
