Corteva is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sr Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for working with numbers, analyzing data, and providing financial insight to drive key business decisions.The Sr Finance Analyst will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial success of the organization by developing financial models and leading the preparation of financial statements. The successful candidate must be an experienced finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a curious mind.To be successful in this role, the Sr Finance Analyst must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and have at least five years of professional experience in finance. In addition, experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting are essential. Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with ERP systems are also preferred. Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models to analyze business performance and provide financial insight to drive key business decisions.
- Prepare financial statements and related documents on a timely basis.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to help the organization reach its financial goals.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the organization.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and GAAP.
- Maintain and update financial records using ERP systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.
